Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SYLO! By enrolling your child, accessing our services, or interacting with our trainers or platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Service Scope
    SYLO provides extracurricular activity classes (e.g., Dance, Art, Robotics, Chess etc.) within residential societies through curated instructors.
  2. Enrollment & Attendance
    • Classes are offered in small-group offline formats.
    • Parents must complete registration and submit any required documents before the start of classes.
    • Makeup classes may be offered subject to trainer availability and schedule.
  3. Payments & Refunds
    • Fees are payable in advance on a monthly or term basis.
    • Refunds are not offered for missed classes unless canceled by SYLO.
    • Payment links and invoices will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
  4. Class Conduct
    • SYLO reserves the right to deny entry to disruptive participants.
    • Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up unless otherwise agreed.
    • Recording or photography in class is at the discretion of SYLO and used only for educational or promotional purposes.
  5. Trainer Policy
    • All trainers undergo background checks and induction.
    • Instructors may be rotated or substituted based on availability or performance.
  6. Liability
    • While we strive to ensure a safe learning environment, SYLO is not responsible for injuries caused by unforeseen accidents.
    • Parents are encouraged to inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
  7. Modification & Cancellation
    • SYLO may modify class timings, curriculum, or locations with reasonable notice.
    • SYLO may discontinue classes in a society with insufficient participation.
  8. Trial Classes
    • SYLO may offer one or more trial classes before enrollment. Participation in a trial does not guarantee a reserved seat unless full payment is made.
  9. Code of Conduct for Students
    • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and peers. Bullying, disruption, or repeated misconduct may result in temporary or permanent suspension without refund.
  10. Parental Responsibility
    • While SYLO provides a supervised environment, parents/guardians are responsible for the child’s punctual arrival and departure. SYLO is not liable for children outside scheduled class time.
  11. Emergency Protocol
    • In case of illness, injury, or emergency, SYLO will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent/guardian immediately.
  12. Non-Solicitation of Trainers
    • Parents/guardians agree not to directly engage or hire SYLO trainers for private services outside of SYLO programs for a period of 12 months from last engagement.
  13. Force Majeure
    • SYLO shall not be held liable for failure to deliver classes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, pandemics, or government restrictions.
