Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SYLO, we’re committed to creating a smooth and transparent experience for all our learners and their parents. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

  1. Enrollment Fees
    • All payments are made in advance for a monthly or term-based package.
    • Once enrolled, your child’s seat is reserved and trainer time is allocated.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    • Refunds are not applicable for missed classes due to personal reasons (e.g., travel, illness). Makeup classes will be provided during the week.
    • In rare cases where SYLO cancels a class or discontinues a program, we will offer:
      • A full refund for canceled classes OR
      • Makeup sessions where feasible
  3. Makeup Classes
    • We offer limited makeup sessions for missed classes, subject to trainer and schedule availability.
    • Parents must notify us in advance to be eligible.
  4. Withdrawal from Program
    • If a parent chooses to discontinue mid-month, fees for unused classes will not be refunded.
    • You may request discontinuation for the next month by informing us at least 7 days prior to renewal.
  5. Mode of Refund
    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
