At SYLO, we’re committed to creating a smooth and transparent experience for all our learners and their parents. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
- Enrollment Fees
- All payments are made in advance for a monthly or term-based package.
- Once enrolled, your child’s seat is reserved and trainer time is allocated.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are not applicable for missed classes due to personal reasons (e.g., travel, illness). Makeup classes will be provided during the week.
- In rare cases where SYLO cancels a class or discontinues a program, we will offer:
- A full refund for canceled classes OR
- Makeup sessions where feasible
- Makeup Classes
- We offer limited makeup sessions for missed classes, subject to trainer and schedule availability.
- Parents must notify us in advance to be eligible.
- Withdrawal from Program
- If a parent chooses to discontinue mid-month, fees for unused classes will not be refunded.
- You may request discontinuation for the next month by informing us at least 7 days prior to renewal.
- Mode of Refund
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
