Child Safety & Protection Policy

SYLO places the highest importance on the safety and well-being of every child participating in our programs.

1. Safe Learning Spaces
   
   • All sessions are conducted within secure society premises (e.g., clubhouse, community halls).
   • Entry/exit is monitored during class time, and children are not allowed to leave unsupervised.
2. Trainer Screening
   
   • All instructors are background-verified and trained on child safety and classroom conduct.
   • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior.
3. First-Aid & Emergencies
   
   • In case of illness or injury, parents will be informed immediately.
4. Photography & Video Recording
   
   • Photos or videos may be taken during classes for updates or promotional purposes only.
   • No child's identity is disclosed publicly without permission.
5. Pickup & Drop Policy
   
   • Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of children.
   • SYLO is not responsible for children outside of scheduled class hours unless explicitly agreed upon.
6. Reporting Concerns
   
   • Parents or students can report any safety or behavior concerns to hello@sylo.in. All concerns are taken seriously and handled sensitively.
